Who Needs an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Integrated Manual?
Organisations that want ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification together, such as contractors, manufacturers and service businesses with site work, use this manual to run quality, environmental and health and safety management as one system. It suits SMEs where the same people deal with customers, waste and site safety and want a single set of documents to maintain.
Included in the ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Toolkit
This manual is part of the ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Toolkit, where it is supplied with the IMS1 Manual Guidance and the registers, forms, policies and procedures it refers to.
Using the Manual
Name the IMS Lead, Environmental Representative and H&S Lead in 2.2, and add where competent health and safety advice is obtained in 7.2.4. Section 7 relies on the risk assessment forms and the hazard and risk assessment register, and Section 6 on the environmental aspects register, so set these up alongside the manual. The registers key in Appendix i lets you point each register term at your own file or system.
Related Documents
IMS1 Guidance covers each section, including the ISO 45001 clauses behind Section 7. F-IMS22 Interested Parties Register and F-IMS23 Opportunities and Risks Register hold the context, interested parties and key risks for each standard, and P-14 Whistleblowing Policy supports the reporting and protection from reprisals set out in 7.2.1. I-C-IMS Implementation Checklists and I-C-IMS Maintenance Checklist help with setup and ongoing maintenance.
